Temps -12 when we started at Cayoosh shed. -7 when we finished. S and SW aspects. 20cms HN up to approx 1600 then 30cms HN thereafter above 1700m. The 30cms HN is low density Fist overlaying 25-30cms of 4F snow then a MF below. Skied from 2100m approx at ridgeline to highway without aldercations. New snow is bonded poorly and sluffs on MF crust but releases predictably. Sastrugi, WS and rime formation at ridgetop from recent NE winds. Minor hint of WS on the S aspects. Of note - 3 to 5cms SH growing rapidly btl
