Snowpack

Snowpack was generally soft, uncohesive, and unsupportive. Most of the snowpack has come from storms in the past 10 days. Facets found near the ground on a variety of slopes. Cracking, collapsing, and cohesive slabs were observed near and above treeline in terrain where recent N-NW winds or older S-SW winds stiffened slabs.
