Snowpack
Below TL, extremely thin and lots of shallow buried objects to ruin your skis on. Above TL, where terrain was not scoured, we found extremely hard wind slab resting on weak faceted structure. Hard enough that it was difficult to trigger on test slopes unless you're triggering from a shallow area/trigger point. At/near TL, found 10cm storm slab that was reactive to field tests and a deeper slab resting on faceted structure. At/near TL, identification of windslab a bit tricky due to recent storm snow plus extremely high variability.
