Weather

Overcast skies with high thin clouds and scattered orographic snow through most of the day. No real accumulation to speak of. Skies began slightly clearing after 2 pm and WNW began ramping up in the afternoon as well. Steady transport at ridge-tops from 1 pm onwards.

Snowpack

6-10" recent storm snow depending on previous exposure to wind-loading. Soft and shallow wind slabs in isolated areas below ridge-top--8-10". Got some minor cracking on lee side of ridge while breaking trail.
