Avalanche

Schuykill tour, observed a natural avalanche on a N-NE slope seemed to be 40+ degrees, D2 R2 slid on the ground, started at a rock band. No other signs of instability were observed, even skiing lower convex rolls and thrashing in steep trees. Snow is powder, getting heavy but very supportive.
