3-5mm preserved Surface Hoar on surface on northerly aspects at and below treeline. SH is 2 cm deep in areas.

N @ 9900' We dropped into a little meadow skipping line that was +-35 degrees. We stayed in the "safe" zone until the terrain mellowed out to <35. Skier 1 ski cut the slope with no results. Skier 2 kicked off an R1D1 running on large buried SH. 20- 30cm crown line
