warm, calm, balmy spring day. Little to no wind even at ridgeline which is unusual for this area.

Snowpack

7 inches of storm snow bonded well to the underlying warm crust. Snow fell with little to snow wind, almost uniformly blanketing the landscape. A couple crusts in the upper 80 cm of the snowpack, but the associated facets are no longer there. Avg HS of 150cm with stout P+ midpack 80-100 cm thick consisting of rounds. The lower 30cm of the snowpack still has remnant depth hoar, but this is even rounding and not really a problem expect in isolated areas.
