Weather

Temps rose from near freezing to the low 40's at 12,000 feet and from the high teens to 54F at 10,000 ft. Clear skies with strong solar radiation all day; with light winds from variable directions.

Snowpack

The snow surface was frozen this morning and warmed to very wet to slush on W to S to SE aspects, with underlying crusts softening as well. SE aspects were soft at 10:30 a.m., ski pen was 30cm this afternoon on W aspects.
