Clear skies. Windy out of the west, but little snow available to transport.

Snowpack

Very wind effected snowpack near and above treeline. ~50 cm snow below treeline, no facets at the ground, not significantly wind effected. Very wind effected near and above treeline. Pencil hardness windslabs. Hs from 0-50 cm. Much of the alpine has been stripped bare, bushes poking through on lower alpine slopes. Found 15 cm of faceted October snow at base of snowpack on N aspect. Not enough snow to cover surface roughness in areas that were not wind deposited.

Avalanche

Avalanches seem to have occurred during and just after the last storm.
