Classic dirty ridge: warm, light winds, scattered clouds.

HS 35-60 cm, w typical Persistent Slab structure for this season: soft but supportable slab over weak layer of rounding basal DH. 1/2-1 step hardness diff btwn slab & DH. 11/22 interface prominent mid slab: 2-5 mm near-surface facets and surface hoar. No basal ice at this site. 3-4 mm surface hoar at current surface. Hard wind slabs in wind-exposed areas on Ajax reported to be faceting enough to sluff.
