Aggressive mitigation in above treeline terrain produced no results on E to S aspects, where the fresh windslab is well bonded to the meltfreeze crust buried Feb 9. On W aspects, ski cuts and airblasts produced numerous soft slab releases, where fresh windslabs rest on near surface facets that formed during the last dry spell. While crown heights were generally 8-10", debris traveled full path (~800ft) and avalanches were large enough to bury a person. One crossloaded feature pulled out up to 24" deep.
