Variable, hard-packed wind effected snow in AL and glaciated terrain from 2600 to 2800m. Sastrugi below 2600m. ~10-15cm of ski pen and lower density snow at TL and BTL on N, W and S aspects with better ski quality. Sun effect on solar aspects at TL and BTL with afternoon pinwheeling and small (0.5) point release avalanches. Evidence of previous size 2 point release avalanche on S aspect at ~2600m likely due to cornice failure.

Some blowing snow at ridge tops was observed throughout the day.
