Tour into the Cariboo Cat Skiing terrain. Wintery day with light sw winds, foggy, cloudy and light snowfall all day. Air temp -5 1300hrs treeline. Unsupportive rain crust 20cm down at 2024 meters and made boarding sucky.... 62cm total snow at 2024m on a sheltered easterly asp. Upper 20cms new or decomp particles would have made for great boarding if that crust held up...but no. 2cm rain crust down 20cms with very loose(F) 1-2mm facets below for 20cms while the lower 20cms is a bit more firm (4f+) and smaller 1mm facets. Moderate sudden collapse CT results just below the crust. Please send snow....
