Goat Ridge Whumpfing Observed

Snowshoeing goat ridge we observed significant whumpfing in multiple locations. On spot seems to have propagated over 40 feet between two snowshoers where both heard it simultaneously. No cracks or other signs of instability on the surface. Was surprising but not overly concerning as the ridge route is very low angle.
