There's a rain crust from earlier this month under 30cm of storm snow at treeline. Crust goes up to 1900m. Pits and column tests at 2000m on S and E aspects yielded no crust and no results. We skied from the matier/joffre col (2400m) to the top of motel 66 (2000m). The snow was wind pressed but bonded, not slabby.
