Dug a pit in North facing slope at 1975m. Snowpack was 135cm and air temp at -3 to -5. Surface crust was present as forecast. Extended column test did not propagate. Compression test failed CTM15 SC 15cm down. Test results were replicated on an additional column. Basal facets observed in previous pits on solar aspects were not present on this north facing pit. Isothermal snow below 1000m observed as forecast. Second pit: 2125m south facing HS210cm ECTX CTH24 SP @ 95cm on DH
