OVC>BKN>SCT, max temp 28/15 deg. SW>W 5-10. Intense solar at times as the clouds cleared.

Snowpack

The new snow bonded well and was right side up. Ski pen was avg. 30 cm's throughout the day. Wind slabs were isolated to a few prominent features on SW and W aspects NTL. Signs of wind scouring ATL on W aspects. Overall ski quality was excellent until the late afternoon when all elevations and aspects got cooked and snow surfaces were moist.

Avalanche

Avalanche observations: Wind slabs were stubborn and become more reactive as the day warmed. SS-AE-R1-D1-I PP (35cm x 8m x 50m) SS-ASc-R1-D1.5-I FC (40cm x 18m x 50m) SS-AE-R1-D1-I FC (25cm x 13m x 100m)
