Widespread firm sun crust on Easterly and Southerly aspects NTL and BTL. Ski pen ranging from 20-30cm NTL and BTL
Avalanche
Avalanche in one of the East Chutes descending into Pitkin drainage. HS-U-R2-D2-O at about 11,500 ft. North East facing slope with debris field covering at least 1000 vertical feet of the path. Likely from a few days ago, ski tracks travelling into the bottom of the start zone unsure if it was skier triggered remotely or natural and skiers just skied through the debris field.
