Weather

Calm and clear. Clouds increased rapidly through tour and band of snow showers moved through as I exited.

Snowpack

West above treeline slope average height of snow 70-90cms. Snowpack structure closely resembled NW near treeline pit from last week. A thin melt freeze crust sandwiched an inch of dry snow from his week. This sits on a 20cm thick slab of wind broken particles. This slab rests on a dry, rounding depth hoar layer 30cm thick to the ground. ECTP11 at the interace between the old wind slab and facets.
