Snowpack

The snowpack is mostly gone, and what remains is going fast. You don't run into your first isolated patches of snow in shady north terrain until you hit 9400 feet in elevation. You need to get to around 10,300 feet to get more continuous snow cover. These continuous patches are fairly isolated in the terrain with average snowpack depth around 2 feet. In these areas the snowpack appears well worn, and mature with drainage well established.
