Clear w/ moderate winds on day observed, temps in the 20s. Previous 24 hours had sustained winds WSW 20-30 Gusts 60s Approximately 12000 Ft. E aspect. 30-40 degree slope

Snowpack

Uncontrolled area with a faceted basal structure and lots of wind loading. Does not appear to have run to ground.

Avalanche

Very large avalanche, R3 D3 ran sometime on either the 7th or early morning of the 8th. Estimated at app. 1200' across the crown. Ran onto Waterdog Lake below.
