Broken skies with temps in the low 20s. Winds were moderate out of the west and still transporting snow.
Snowpack
I dug in multiple locations around the Sisters (north aspect) and was able to find buried surface hoar, buried facets, or a combination of both about 30-40cm below the snow surface everywhere I dug. Consistent propagating ECT results at this weak interface in multiple locations suggest that recent winds are finally starting to build a slab over this layer. Winds were strong enough to transport snow, however fetches are starting to get blown out. The Sisters show evidence of the cross-loading typical of westerly winds.
