Weather

Cold and clear with calm winds. Clouds were blowing in in the afternoon from the SW.

Snowpack

Corkscrew rd is well covered with one short section of dirt. Areas closer to treeline held 60-70cm of snow. The new snow totals ranged from 5cm - 15cm in the NTL zone. I did notice a faint dust layer just under the new snow.

Avalanche

N-R1-D1 on a NW facing slope at about 12,000 ft. Looks to have been a small wind slab. Fresh drifts have slight obscured the crown.
