Avalanche
Skied out from the east vail chutes and came across a slide that had released naturally on the lower traverse to the exit. This slide released anywhere from 8:00-10:00 am on Saturday, Jan 28th. Throughout the day, snow continued on and off which resulted in at least two more slides of similar size on the same face. One released from above the original slide, and another released 100’ to the east.
