Toured around Yeoward on Jan. 8 2021, we found crusty skiing on the first 100m and then was welcomed to beautiful powder skiing once down in the trees all the way down to valley bottom. Saw no avalanche activity throughout the day. Dug a pit around 2050m 140cm base Colum #1 We had a moderate release 45cm down from our sheer test. Colum#2 We had a 87cm failure after 8 from the elbow on what I presume is on the Dec. 25/26 hoar layer (main layer of concern)
