NE side of the face just south of the Monarch Pass trailhead. (38.4921142, -106.3272275) I noticed while going up the Ridgeline across the way to scope. It looks to be natural. I did not see anyone over there, any cars near to access, or any tracks above or below that would indicate human activity.
