Weather

Steady winds overnight from the west above 20 mph at about 10,000 ft. Temperatures are at about 10 degrees at the moment.

Snowpack

In a pit in fish creek our findings were faceted layers at 20 40 and 55 cm. The upper 20 cm was the most reactive and was almost soft slab rather than sluff. So I feel at a higher alpine start zones there will be some tender slab being created along with the wind transport.
