No pits dug. Skied below tree line only. Regions below tree line had a layer 8-10 inches on top of a firm layer. Certain areas were sun crusted and wind loaded. A very occasional whump in pockets, but rare and snow was stable below tree line from there and further north. From a distance, slides appeared to be to the ground.
