Overnight trip to tunnel Tuesday /Wednesday. Found dense, soft snow on the south, Southwest and southeast faces. Wind changed direction a bit on weds and the snow felt more wind effected but was still good quality. A couple of mind storm slabs released in some steeper spots, about 5-7 cm of new snow. The trees are caked with ice and snow, and we saw a few downed trees from the weight! We did not venture into in Leeward terrain features, but there was a report of a cornice collapsing in the area the day before we arrived with one injury.
