Snowpack

Wind slabs observed NE-SE aspects near tree-line. Strong over weak snowpack structor in snow pits, 2mm depth hoar observed at the bottom 20 cm of snow pack. Layer of buried near surface facets found down 35 cm that was reactive in test on a NE aspect at 11,900'. ECTP13, CTM(RP). HS 120cm Snow pit observations at 11,600' NE, CTM Q1 down 100 cm HS 125 cm
