Snowpack

Exposed W faces had 1" sun crust atop variable supportable cold snow and unsupportable facets. Sheltered slopes + N faces had 10-18" of supportable new snow atop 15-40" of unsupportable facets.

Avalanche

Very wide slide in the W-NW facing bowl between Question Mark Bowl and the "Roadside Attraction." Approx. 2000ft wide. Crown variable height between approx 6" and 2'. Slide stepped down to ground in places.
