Weather

Felt warm and green-house like. Temps stayed below freezing, but the sun felt strong on the shortest day of the year.

Snowpack

Snowpack stayed quiet. Faceted top to bottom, though it became moist at the surface by early afternoon (for the first time - no prior sun crust). Alpine snow surfaces were ravaged by winds at the end of the last storm.
