Weather

Mostly clear skies, temperatures in the 20s at Pass level with strong southwest winds.

Snowpack

The snowpack is slowly transitioning to spring melt freeze surface conditions. Settled cold snow lingers on northerly aspects at treeline.

Avalanche

More wet loose snow avalanche activity out of steep rocky terrain over the last few days along the highway corridor. Mostly on east and southeast aspects. Most remained D1 in size, but bigger terrain (>1,000' vertical) has produced some bigger avalanches, D2 in size.
