Cold and windy. Zero visibility with intense wind-loading on easterly slopes.

Snowpack

Large drifts were forming behind small clumps of trees near-treeline. With poor to no visibility it was impossible to see any steeper terrain, new cornice growth, or new slab formation. However, I could still see rapid transporting of snow across the ground from strong westerly winds, which were heavily loading easterly slopes.
