Partly cloudy skies, temps in the mid 30s at Pass level. HS 22" Slumgullion Snotel, 24" new highway stake.

Finally starting to look like winter. Coverage is improving in the Slumgullion section. Only isolated pockets in the N Canyon section.

No observed backcountry avalanche activity in the E end of the NSJ zone.
