Snow increased from S-1 to solid S2 by about 1030. Temperature was decreasing with moderate WSW winds
Snowpack
1/20 interface is a temperature / rain crust up to at least 9700'. It is about 3cm and crumbly near the McClure Pass Snotel site (8800') and much thinner (.5cm) at 9700'. In both locations grauple exists over the crust. 1/11 rain crust is faceting with a noted decrease in resistance and small facets observed. No slab structure above either of these interfaces or really anywhere in the pack
