I tried to approach Second Gully but backed off when the whole approach cone all up and down and across the cone was hip deep soft snow. I hiked up the road to Just Another Gully Climb which had slid recently to the ground. I hiked back down the road to Second Gully and my foot steps up the cone had been filled in by a small avalanche from the ice climb. Lots of small slides along the steep sections of the road embankment. Pretty spooky. Photo is of the slide to the ground on Just Another Gully Climb. Folks seemded okay on the approach to Stairway on the other side of the road.
