Snowpack

Partly cloudy skies with moderate Westerly winds. Due to recent wind events, a variety of snow conditions were found depending on aspect. Exposed N/NE/E aspects had a wind crust up to 1" thick that was lightly supportive. Protected N aspects had up to a foot of denser powder from wind loading. Lower aspects SE/E aspects were developing a sun crust by early afternoon. No signs of instability. No signs of recent avalanche activity.
