Weather

Clear skies and cool temps. Wind transport near and above TL from N winds more significant than first thought. Wind data not available this morning until station rebooted manually around 1100.

Snowpack

North winds stiffened the recent low density snow and some minor cracking was observed on windward exposed aspects. Melt freeze crust formation on sunny aspects.

Avalanche

Observed activity confined to dry and wet loose avalanches (nothing exceeding D1 in size) with the exception of one fresh wind slab on SSW aspect above TL off the SSE summit of Saddle Mtn (8 miles WSW of Wolf Creek Pass). Easily observed, but too far away to provide any details.
