triggered a persistent slab that ran next to us on uphill skin track. the slab was 2' deep, 50 ft wide, ran 300 ft full track. we triggered it with a whumpf, from about 100 ft away while we skinned up a 35degree roll, and the avalanche released from a 40 deg start zone. On the Trout Lake to Ophir skin track, upper Poverty Gulch, 12,000 ft, S facing ridge.
