Weather

Weather: Clear skies, moderate to strong SW winds with strong to extreme gusts at ridgetop, minimal snow available for transport. High Temp of 37F at 10,000 and high of 25F at Ridgetop. Strong solar radiation.

Snowpack

Snowpack: Stiff in the morning with widespread wind and sun crusts. Sheltered areas held soft snow with 3-6" ski pen. Snow softened and got wet on southwest aspects below 10,500' in the pm with some small to medium sized pinwheels, but no slides. No signs of instability and no avalanches.
