@ 0730 T20 -7 Tsurf -9 Air T -9 s-1: We had a small cell come over the range last night 2/20 and deposite 1-2cm of snow on the 1/19 10cm storm snow. Clearing after 9am with light N winds and no precip and freezing level near 9000ft. High amounts of shortwave that developed a minor crust on solar aspects below 11,300ft. 2cm of settelment in 12hrs. 30cm foot pen. RH 71% morning 43% evening

Snowpack

11cm 4F -DF slab on a double crust gropple sandwitch. This is the most reactive interface and the only interface to react in CT from the surface: [CTE RP on 1.00mm Gr @ 11cm down]. Below this is very high density 1F-P+ 90cm slab. At the Jan 7th DF/FC interface (90cm down) remains a distinct persistant 1cm 1F weak layer however only reactive to DT test with hard compression: [DTM SP om 1mm FC] (starting to round) and a [simultaneous (110cm down) DTM SP on 1mm FC] (starting to round). All the FC in the snowpack are rounding and a rounding gradient is ever present. The old DH at the base is rather resistant P+
