Snowpack

Today was a blue bird day. Partly cloudy and calm. Temperature on summit ridge was 38 F at 1PM. Snow has settled to depths between 2 and 6 inches. No instabilities hiking up or skiing down. Observed that small part of cornice had broken from top of bowl, but there was no progogation. Same holds true for a couple of cornice breaks on E side of Scarp Ridge. No propogation. Definitely getting warm. Unnamed peaklet between Oh Be Joyful and RedWell Creek had two point releases on SW aspect, originating from ridgeline.
