Weather

Storm total; 44.5"/4.05". Light snow in the morning increased to heavy at times in the afternoon.

Snowpack

Observed one rumbling collapse (SE below TL), otherwise no obvious signs of instability. Serious snowpack settlement throughout storm, 45" of new snow, but only gained 17" in HS. Ski penetration today 10-15cm.

Avalanche

Most observed activity looked like it took all the recent snow (about 1m settled from 2/22, at the Study Plot) and ran on old surface faceted layers. Some activity was more shallow than 1m.
