Overcast skies, strong northwesterly winds, and max daytime temp of 40F.
Snowpack
Rock hard surface that made even getting a ski edge to bite difficult. Areas where the dust was showing did soften up a bit in the top 2-3 inches, but dust only really showing on steeper sunny slopes or where recent storm snow has already slid off. In the areas where avalanches ran down to the ground, you could see liquid water running under the snowpack, even well above treeline.
