The snow on the south aspect on the return route was crusty on the up and on the down. The snow on the north aspect was beginning to get sun affected by noon.

I only had a 320cm probe. It was suggested that the kootenay's should come up with a 4-20 special edition probe due to the deep snowpack we get.
