Bow peak/crowfoot glades

Went out to try and summit bow peak. Made it to the saddle between bow peak and bowcrow. Bow peak is totally wind scoured and the winds we gusting to around 80 while we were there. Turned around because skiing down from the peak isn’t an option due to lack of snow. Skied pillows and trees below bow crow and then crowfoot glades. 40cm of fresh snow sitting on the old snow from early December. Slough was definitely an issue in the steeper terrain.

Moderate to strong winds at the saddle between bowcrow and POW peak. S-1 - S2 throughout the day.

Had one small wumf/settlement on a pocket less than 1squate meter next to the wall of chute 6 on crowfoot glades. Depth hoar next to the base of the cliff collapsed.
