52.19187N, -117.15955E 2457m altitude @ 13:20: 165 cm snow depth fist at surface 150-140cm SH to 1 finger at 125cm SH gets tougher until 67cm SH 4 finger facets to base very rapid change between 1 finger and 4, clear layer column test 10 from wrist nothing at 9-10th from elbow got a small layer at 15cm from top 2 from shoulder got another layer at 20cm from top no propagation on either even on the column. But the 2 layers did shift a little bit but no movement, didn't come off in a single block even when pulled by no. 15 from the shoulder and with no movement we took off the top 20cm 10 more, nothing happened could not move the column with hands was able to break it by running into it, came away as a clear layer 30cm from the bottom The whole day it seemed solid. No Whimphs or whumps or how ever else it gets spelt. No cracks NADA
