Finally some sun! Negative temps in p lot and cooler as you ascended. Little to no wind though. Able to skin from p lot! Surface hoar appeared over night and pretty lg at treeline, see pic. N and not directly S facing slopes rode very well in cold snow. Steep side hill skinning was a challenge at times as cold fresh snow didn't always hold on to hard lwr crust. No slabs released. Steep south facing slopes had wet releases, see pic.. Kermodi cut on the way out at 3 was sun cooked and crusty.
