Cold morning with low clouds gave way to clear skies midday and temperatures in the upper 20s. Winds shifted to the north and northwest, transporting all the new snow along ridgelines and summits.

Minor cracking in wind drifts along ridgelines. Nothing deeper than 4 inches thick and cracks didn't travel more than a ski length.
